Terms of use.

These terms apply when you use onyxcarsolutions.com. They are deliberately short. The terms of any actual engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

1. About us

This website is operated by Onyx Car Solutions, Denmark. Contact: hello@onyxcarsolutions.com.

2. Information, not an offer

Everything on this site is general information about our services. Nothing here is an offer to sell a vehicle or a binding quotation. Vehicles, prices and availability that we discuss with you are subject to the seller and can change until a purchase is agreed.

3. Our role

We are an independent sourcing and brokerage service. We hold no stock and we are not the seller of the vehicles we find. When you buy a car through us, the purchase contract is between you and the seller, and you pay the seller directly.

4. Engagements and fees

We only start work once the scope and our fees are agreed in writing. That written agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these terms if the two ever differ.

5. Vehicle condition

We arrange independent inspections and present the history and documentation we obtain, but we cannot guarantee a vehicle's condition beyond what those reports and records show. The decision to buy is always yours.

6. Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including for gross negligence or intent, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

The Onyx Car Solutions name, logo, text and design of this site belong to us. Photography is used under licence. Please do not reuse any of it without permission.

8. Links to other sites

Links to third party sites, such as WhatsApp or authorities, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data and cookies is described in our privacy and cookie policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date.

2. Information, ikke et tilbud

Alt på hjemmesiden er generel information om vores ydelser. Intet her er et tilbud om salg af et køretøj eller et bindende pristilbud. Biler, priser og tilgængelighed, som vi drøfter med dig, afhænger af sælgeren og kan ændre sig, indtil et køb er aftalt.

3. Vores rolle

Vi er en uafhængig tjeneste inden for bilsøgning og formidling. Vi har intet lager og er ikke sælger af de biler, vi finder. Når du køber en bil gennem os, indgås købsaftalen mellem dig og sælgeren, og du betaler sælgeren direkte.

4. Samarbejde og honorar

Vi går først i gang, når opgavens omfang og vores honorar er aftalt skriftligt. Den skriftlige aftale gælder for samarbejdet og har forrang for disse vilkår, hvis de to skulle afvige.

5. Bilens stand

Vi arrangerer uafhængige inspektioner og fremlægger den historik og dokumentation, vi indhenter, men vi kan ikke garantere en bils stand ud over, hvad rapporter og papirer viser. Beslutningen om at købe er altid din.

6. Ansvar

Vi gør os umage for, at hjemmesiden er korrekt, men garanterer ikke, at den er fuldstændig eller fejlfri, og vi hæfter ikke for indirekte tab ved brug af den. Intet i disse vilkår begrænser ansvar, som ikke kan begrænses efter dansk ret, herunder ved grov uagtsomhed eller forsæt, og intet påvirker dine lovbestemte rettigheder som forbruger.

7. Immaterielle rettigheder

Navnet Onyx Car Solutions, logoet, teksterne og designet på hjemmesiden tilhører os. Fotografier bruges under licens. Genbrug kræver vores tilladelse.

8. Links til andre sider

Links til tredjeparter, fx WhatsApp eller myndigheder, er en service. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for deres indhold eller praksis.

9. Privatliv og cookies

Hvordan vi behandler personoplysninger og cookies, står i vores privatlivs- og cookiepolitik.

10. Lovvalg

Vilkårene er underlagt dansk ret. Tvister afgøres ved de danske domstole, uden at det begrænser ufravigelige rettigheder, du har som forbruger i dit bopælsland.

11. Ændringer

Vi kan opdatere vilkårene. Den gældende version står altid på denne side med dato.
